Position: Licensed Master Plumber (State of Michigan – Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Plumber to lead and grow our plumbing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for excellence in both leadership and hands-on service work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor plumbing apprentices and journeyman team members
• Perform a wide range of plumbing services for residential and commercial clients, including:
• Drain cleaning and line replacements
• Leak detection and repair
• Fixture installation and repair
• Sump pump service
• Tank and tankless water heater work
• Grease trap and floor break replacements
• Backflow prevention testing and repair
• Manage service, installation, and maintenance jobs with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other service teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the strategic growth of our plumbing division

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Master Plumber in the State of Michigan (Required)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial plumbing
• Demonstrated leadership experience with apprentices and journeyman plumbers
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial drive to help scale a growing operation
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Backflow certification and related experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
