Job Description

Growing company is seeking a motivated person to serve as a customer service specialist /service writer in a seasonally busy office. Successful candidate will demonstrate strong people skills and the ability to foster exceptional customer care, handling telephone calls for a busy swimming pool service company. In addition to telephone skills, a proficiency with office related computer functions, along with an aptitude for organization must be demonstrated. This position will require the ability to learn the industry in order to solicit and create service orders from existing and potential customers. Enjoy a busy, yet pleasant work environment as part of our team. Knowledge of the pool industry is helpful but not a prerequisite for this position. We will train the right candidate.
