The Private Airline Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination and timely execution of all logistical aspects related to private airline operations within the accommodation and food services industry, particularly during events. This position is responsible for managing communication between flight crews, ground services, catering, and event coordinators to guarantee that all client expectations are met with precision and professionalism. The expeditor oversees the scheduling and delivery of in-flight services, including catering and special requests, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. By proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or issues, the expeditor ensures that private flights operate efficiently and that clients receive exceptional service. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of event-related private airline operations by facilitating smooth, timely, and high-quality service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the airline, hospitality, or event management sectors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
• Basic knowledge of airline operations and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, logistics, aviation management, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with private or charter airline services.
• Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
• Proficiency in scheduling and communication software tools.
• Certification in aviation safety or ground handling operations.
