Product Manager and Data Migration Consultant Location: Minneapolis, MN Contract | Apex Systems – Supporting One of the Nation’s Top Banks Apex Systems is partnering with one of the leading financial institutions to identify a seasoned Product Manager & Data Migration Consultant to drive high-impact CRM transformation initiatives—most notably migrating from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is your opportunity to be a strategic force in shaping data architecture, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless system transitions with minimal disruption to business operations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce to MS Dynamics CRM migration strategy Design and execute scalable data migration plans including risk mitigation and rollback procedures Ensure data quality, validation, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to refine requirements and resolve issues Document migration activities and ensure audit readiness and long-term reference materials Desired Qualifications Proven success in large-scale CRM transformations , preferably in banking or finance Expertise in MS Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM Skilled in ETL tools , data mapping , and SQL-based relational databases Hands-on experience with data validation , cleansing techniques , and data compatibility auditing Strong communicator able to drive alignment between business goals and technical execution Why Join This Project?
