Production Supervisor - Norfolk, Nebraska ($70,000 - $90,000 + Bonus)

We are seeking a driven Production Supervisor to join our team in Norfolk, Nebraska. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our production facility runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for supervising all shift employees, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of production personnel to achieve daily and long-term goals.
• Coordinate all production activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to KPIs.
• Collaborate with operators on raw material usage and quality control procedures.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations to create a secure work environment.
• Partner with production and process managers to optimize production processes.
• Develop and maintain production schedules for efficient workflow.
• Liaise with maintenance to schedule and coordinate equipment repairs.
• Ensure adherence to all company, state, and federal policies.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a team.
• Bilingual fluency (highly desired).
