We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale projects, overseeing complex technical processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role will involve managing the full project lifecycle from planning and execution to financial tracking, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of critical initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of technical projects, driving timelines, scope, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring all dependencies are accounted for and tracked.
  • Oversee financials for large projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project costs, ensuring they align with the defined budget of $15M+.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, and international teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth execution of project deliverables.
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery milestones are met.
  • Implement and track processes using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Clarity to ensure project transparency, accountability, and progress.
  • Work on a variety of technical projects in the POS, restaurant, or checkout technology sectors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating with stakeholders on project status, issues, and resolutions.

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of technical project management experience, with a solid understanding of the SDLC.
  • Strong experience in creating and managing project plans, driving execution, and facilitating development teams.
  • Proven ability to independently manage budgets of at least $15M, including forecasting and tracking financials.
  • Experience working in POS, restaurant, or checkout technology, with hands-on vendor and dependency management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Clarity (or similar financial management tools).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, coordinating across business, engineering, and international teams.
