Pay: $80- $120 per hour. Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person and/or Hybrid.

Location: Bordering Fort Mill and Charlotte in the beautiful lakeside community of Tega Cay, SC (Greater Charlotte Area)

Integrity Behavioral Health is a respected, physician-led outpatient psychiatric practice known for its clinical excellence, compassionate care, and strong community presence. As one of our valued clinicians transitions out, we’re seeking a dedicated and empathetic PMHNP to join our team and assume an established caseload.

The practice is led by Dr. Mahir Shah, a psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience, known for his patient-centered approach, professional integrity, and commitment to mentoring the next generation of psychiatric providers.

What We’re Looking For

• Board-certified PMHNP, or board-eligible and actively pursuing certification
• Active or eligible South Carolina NP license and DEA registration
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred
• Strong new graduates with excellent references and training will be considered
• Strong diagnostic and medication management skills
• Empathetic, ethical, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
