Quality Assurance Engineer
A Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.



Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the plant maintains a path consistent with the Hol-Mac Way that moves us towards the ideal state as detailed in the Hol-Mac Production System.
• Work with Design and Manufacturing Engineering Departments to ensure Quality Procedures are in place for all processes.
• Produce and execute an annual Hoshin to support the Plant Hoshin.
• Complete the HBT Program ( H ol-Mac  B asic  T raining).
• Abide by the Hol-Mac Corporation Environmental Health and Safety Handbook.
• Help to coordinate Hol-Mac Corporation Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Perform housekeeping and/or routine preventative maintenance.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Abide by the rules, regulations, and procedures stated in Hol-Mac Corporations Operating Policy and Personnel Manual.
• Abide by Hol-Mac Corporation Environmental Health and Safety Handbook.
• Assist in setting and accomplishing Specific Plant Quality Direction for Hol-Mac Corporation.
• Coordinating Hol-Mac Corporation Improvement efforts at a specific plant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor???s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business with a background in Quality.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be PC and Windows literate; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Must be a self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to make decisions.
• Must be able to multitask.
