Homeworx & Worx Property Management is hiring. Our Oklahoma City and Tulsa based company currently manages 850+ medium to high-end single-family homes.

We are now hiring a qualified Leasing Agent / Realtor to join our fast-growing company. We are currently only offering this position to one qualified Realtor, so please submit your resume as soon as possible!

Compensation includes:

• Base Salary
• Commissions for new leases
• Residuals
• Generous commissions on sales transactions

Our current agents make great money. It’s a proven system and it works.

As a leasing agent you will:

• Meet with property owners and sign agreements to manage properties.
• Provide staff with house photos, property details, and other items needed for marketing and advertising.
• Show properties to potential tenants.
• Sign leases with tenants.
• Handle move-in and move-out procedures, including initial walk-through with tenants.
• Work with a solid team of professionals.
• Earn great money!

Requirements

• This is a full-time position.
• Must have active real estate license with OKCMAR membership.
• Familiarity with the Oklahoma city, Edmond and surrounding metro.
• Experience preferred but not required.
