Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership to enhance your production
Requirements:
Active NJ Real Estate License (or nearing completion)
Excellent follow-up and communication skills
Proficiency with tech tools and mobile platforms
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Availability for full-time or part-time work
Compensation:
💰 $75,000–$300,000/year (commission-based)
