What You Will Get • Warm live appointments from our inside sales team • Full marketing, CRM, and admin support • Open house opportunities with flyers, signage, and lead capture • Lead sources include Sphere, Internet, Prospecting, and Listing campaigns • Mentorship from top local producers and national coaches • Daily roleplay, weekly coaching, and optional leadership training • Full onboarding, accountability, and growth tracking • Private and group coaching through the Upgrade Community • Seller leads, buyer leads, referral leads, and agent-to-agent opportunities Our Tools and Systems Include • Lofty CRM, Sisu, Blinq, Canva, Fello, Google Suite, Go High Level • Admin and marketing team to support your transactions and brand • Buyer and seller guides, neighborhood scripts, and video templates • Just in Time Coaching, UPGRD training, and live Q&A sessions weekly You Are a Fit If You • Hold an active CA real estate license • Are newer and want mentorship, or experienced and want leverage • Want to build a consistent and profitable business • Are committed, accountable, and ready to grow • Value being part of a real team with structure, support, and a strong culture • Match our Avatar Agent qualities: coachable, high vibration, grateful, optimistic, growth-minded, intentional, driven, authentic, resilient, and a true team player We do not do guesswork. Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Qualifications: • Technology driven • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Organized and manages time effectively • Self-motivation and drive • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Active or in-process Real Estate License • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • A genuine passion for real estate and client success • Adaptability in a fast-paced setting • Drive to achieve and surpass goals • Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial • Availability for weekend and evening work About Company: FAM Realty Group is a top 1% real estate team serving all of Southern California, including San Diego, Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles.
