Job Description
Local construction company looking for a motivated individual to handle reception duties as well as basic office and secretarial duties. Responsibilities will be to answer phones and greet visitors as well as perform an array of secretarial duties to support the office team.
Applicants must be self-motivated, team oriented, organized and adaptable with a good basic working knowledge of computer systems. Secondary duties will include but not be limited to: filing and cataloging, compilation of project documents, and organize travel accommodations for traveling team members.
The position is 35-40 hours per week. High school diploma or GED preferred. Similar experience required.
