We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 360 recruiter to join our team in  Mississauga, ON . In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – building client relationships, sourcing candidates, and placing talent with the right roles within the supply chain industry!

Start Date:  Immediately
Shift: 8:30am – 5pm
Location:  On Site - Bramalea Rd. & Derry Rd.
Rate: $50,000-$60,000 + Bonuses + Commission + Benefits
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct cold calls to attract new clients and grow business opportunities
• Manage a high volume of full-cycle recruitment for various positions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various transportation roles
• Create and post job ads through an ATS
• Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between clients and candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job intake to offer stage
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment & selection
• Experience recruiting for the transportation and supply chain industry is considered an asset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with full-cycle recruitment
• Knowledge of ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
• High energy, results-driven, and a team player
• ‘Can-Do’ attitude with a passion to drive results
