POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Leads employment branding initiatives.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate all logistical arrangements, including room bookings, video conferencing, and travel arrangements (if necessary).
  • Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview experience.
  • Plans and conducts recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and leadership throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and answering inquiries.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed about their status.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by collecting and processing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and facilitating introductions to key team members.
  • Organizes and/or attends career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within Efficient Apply and Efficient Hire to manage candidate profiles, update application statuses, and track recruitment activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ATS, including proper documentation of candidate interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including candidate files, interview notes, and compliance documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment coordination to continuously improve job performance.

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Human Resources or a related field is helpful though not required

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, and networking required

  • Required experience recruiting for diverse levels of corporate positions

  • Experience in Efficient Apply, Efficient Hire, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor a plus

  • Regularly required to talk or hear

  • Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls

  • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

  • Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

  • Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.
