Encompass Administrator – Onsite
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

We are seeking an experienced Encompass Administrator to manage and optimize our Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system configurations, improving workflows, supporting end users, and ensuring the system operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a deep understanding of mortgage operations , technical expertise in Encompass, and a proactive approach to system enhancement and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration & Maintenance: Manage all aspects of the Encompass LOS, including system settings, configurations, and user access.
• Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with business units to analyze processes and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
• User Support & Training: Provide support for Encompass users, troubleshoot issues, and develop user training materials to promote best practices.
• Customization & Development: Build and maintain custom input forms, business rules, and reporting dashboards to meet business needs.
• Compliance & Data Integrity: Work with compliance teams to ensure Encompass configurations align with industry regulations (e.g., TRID, HMDA, RESPA).
• Security & Access Management: Ensure the system adheres to regulatory requirements, monitor system security, and manage access controls.
• Integration Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and IT teams to manage system integrations and data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with loan processors, underwriters, closers, funders, post-closers, developers, IT, and operations leaders to ensure Encompass functionalities align with and support business objectives.
• Project Management: Lead or assist in system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and special projects related to the LOS.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Encompass Administrator in the mortgage industry, with expertise in system configuration, workflow automation, and troubleshooting.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Encompass system administration, including custom fields, business rules, SDK, and reporting.
• Mortgage Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage loan processes, including origination, underwriting, processing, and closing.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Project Management: Experience managing system enhancement projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Encompass SDK, APIs, and advanced reporting tools.
• Certification in Encompass Administration or similar credentials.
• Experience with secondary marketing, compliance, or regulatory reporting in the mortgage industry.

This is a remote position with a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000.
