Remote Contract Openings for multiple Junior Business Systems Analysts!

Remote must reside in the US (St. Louis, MO preferably)

Contract duration - 6+ months with potential to extend or convert

Summary

We are seeking multiple motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Systems Analysts to join our dynamic team. The project will likely start early Q1 2025.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and support the implementation of technology-driven initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in business systems analysis and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications/Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field - or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of business processes and systems
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Familiarity with database management, reporting tools, or system analysis is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Internship or coursework experience in business analysis, system analysis or project management preferred
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello or Asana preferred
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements
• Assist in the design and improvement of business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation, including requirements specifications, process flow diagrams and user manuals
• Participate in the testing and validation of system changes, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards
• Provide end-user support and training on new systems or processes
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to meet evolving business needs
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to business systems
