The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead team members, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate your team to provide exceptional service
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and food safety compliance
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet company standards
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees
• Drive sales through strong leadership, community engagement, and attention to detail
• Train and develop employees to support career growth and team success

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience (QSR, casual dining, or full-service preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage costs, improve efficiency, and hit performance goals
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
• Passion for hospitality and a team-first attitude
