Key Responsibilities: As a Roofing Construction Manager, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of roofing service construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and material procurement to keep operations running smoothly.
- Review estimator proposals, construction drawings, and project logs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain safety standards and enforce OSHA regulations across all job sites.
- Lead employee recruitment, training, and development, ensuring top-tier performance from your teams.
- Work closely with clients, property managers, and other trades to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Manage project schedules, from material procurement to final inspections and project closeout.
What You Bring to the Table: - A minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing service construction management experience .
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and team relationships.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Education & Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Willingness to work in a dog-friendly environment.
