Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer specializing in UiPath RPA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the field, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. Experience in SAP and Finance is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including process design documents, test plans, and user guides.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and SAP, to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath.
• Strong technical skills in UiPath, including experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
• Proven experience in SAP and Finance, with a deep understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath certification(s) such as UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer.
• Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
