Overall 12 years experience with minimum of 7 years in Media industry exp
SAP S4HANA Brown field Implementation
Experience in SAP S4HANA implementations & experience in RAR implementation is mandatory
Experience as a Workstream Team Lead for SAP S4HANA global design with US localization
SAP Modules Expertise
Proficiency in SAP modules Sales Distribution SD Contract Lifecycle Management
Specific SAP modules required Lead Management Master Data Operational Contract Management Resource Related Billing RRB Proposals Contract Management Government Commercial Contract Line Items CLINs and Pricing Conditions
Order to Cash O2C Value Stream
Ability to define and correlate Customer transformation North Stars in the O2C value stream
Workshops and Documentation
Experience guiding the preparation and release of support workshops documentation
Ability to engage and explain SAP S4HANA Best Practices and Customer Industry processes to business functional experts
SAP FIORI and Third-party Boltons
Expertise in managing SAP FIORI standard applications
Experience with third-party Aerospace SAP S4HANA Boltons
O2C Supply Chain Management
Manage the customer facing side of the Supply Chain including end-to-end processes from proposals to accounts receivables
SAP Roadmap and Vision
Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for O2C workstream
Ability to define a target end state and transitional plan within the customer project portfolio
Maintain a forward-looking vision for maximizing customer value from SAP investments
Identify and mitigate relevant blind spots and address impacts of SAPs simplification list

Business Process Knowledge
Apply strong knowledge of business processes for designing developing and testing S4HANA functions associated with business operations
Workshops Facilitation
Facilitate Explore workshops or post explore get back to standard workshops clean core with business managers client staff and end-users to determine business and functional requirements
System Design and Configuration
Review and/or perform design and configuration of SAP S4HANA systems to meet client business requirements
Documentation and Testing
Create business process procedures BPPs swim lane process flows functional specifications configuration guides and testing scripts
Business Process Assessment
Assess customers business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging S4HANA including missed innovations and standard functionality
Data Transformation
Assist Data Stewards with Master Data transformation and load from legacy systems to S4HANA
