MEMCO is looking to add  Scaffolding Construction Laborers in Smyrna, GA!

Pay: $18-$20/hr

FT and Long-Term

Job Overview : Our customer is seeking dependable  Scaffolding Construction Yard Workers to support daily operations in their scaffolding material yard. Ideal candidates will have experience handling construction materials, particularly scaffolding equipment, and be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in an active work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Load and unload scaffolding materials (pipes, frames, planks, fittings)
• Bundle, sort, and prepare orders for pickup and delivery
• Inspect materials for damage and ensure quality control
• Assist with inventory management and yard organization
• Operate basic equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Perform general labor duties as needed

Qualifications :

• 1+ years of experience in construction, warehousing, or material handling (scaffolding knowledge a plus)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Basic math skills for accurate material counting
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team

Safety :

• Steel Toe boots are  REQUIRED & Full PPE
