As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to those on site. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and respond to situations as they arise, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork. Pay Rate: $16.97 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Complete required reports and documentation for incidents, patrols, and daily activities.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while performing patrols throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
