This individual will be responsible for accurately planning and forecasting $8 billion in annual Sales, along with related merchant profit components. The successful candidate will act as a co-pilot to the cross-functional matrix team, driving financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning. **What You'll Do:** + Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement merchandise strategies aligned with business goals. + Build and maintain financial models to identify trends and inform key business decisions for productivity, sales, and profitability. + Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership. + Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities. + Provide financial advice to merchant partners, enabling data-driven decision making. **What You'll Bring:** + Expertise in analyzing complex financial data and deriving actionable insights. + Proficiency with SQL, PowerBI, and BigQuery for data modeling and reporting. + Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and communicate financial concepts to non-financial audiences. + Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and experience working cross-functionally. + Experience presenting insights and recommendations at all organizational levels. _The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
