As our Senior Marketing Associate , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s voice and refining our marketing strategies. Here’s what you can expect:

Your Impact

Copywriting Excellence

• Develop engaging, brand-aligned content for property websites, email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
• Craft reputation management strategies to enhance online presence and resident experiences.

Data-Driven Marketing

• Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and ROI.
• Utilize marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM platforms) to measure impact and drive decisions.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with internal teams to produce marketing materials that drive lead generation and resident engagement.
• Partner with property teams to address resident concerns and highlight positive community experiences.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, coordinating with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Skills & Expertise

• Copywriting Mastery: Show us your ability to engage, inform, and persuade through impactful content.
• Marketing Metrics & Analytics: Strong experience in tracking and interpreting digital marketing performance.
• Social Media & Reputation Management: Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing trends, and online reputation strategies.
• Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years in marketing, preferably in multifamily real estate or property management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM platforms).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
