About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Risk Executive to lead our organization's risk management strategies. In this critical role, you will take charge of the enterprise-wide risk management framework, including developing and overseeing policies, programs, processes, and systems to effectively monitor and manage risk exposure across our banking and financial services operations. You will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and various committees to ensure that risk management is integrated into our strategic planning and business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, establishing a robust risk appetite framework, and leading a dedicated team in executing risk-based planning and internal reviews. We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management and/or compliance in the financial industry is required, along with a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office are essential attributes.
