Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Route Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, experience in managing a driving route, sales experience, and skills in client retention.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing, delivering and picking up portable sanitation equipment.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and stocking portable toilets on a designated route.
• Work independently, while using modern communication tools.
• Operating and maintaining Service Trucks.
• Follow company guidelines and safety procedures
• Daily tasks to ensure client retention, and new client sales.

Qualifications:

• Clean Driving Record and Valid Driver's License REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
• Clean Background and ability to pass pre-employment & random drug testing REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
• Ability to lift heavy objects, lift overhead and be on your feet while also bending, squatting and kneeling.
• Ability to understand route maps and navigate them independently after training period.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and client satisfaction
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong desire to be part of a team and part of the Pocatello/Chubbuck Community

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Experience with portable sanitation is a plus
• Outside sales or Chamber involvement is a plus
• Familiarity with Pocatello/Chubbuck/American Falls roads and local businesses is also a huge plus
