Nielsen Ford of Morristown is looking to add an Automotive Service Valet to our team. This person will be accountable for greeting and interacting with our loyal customers and their vehicles.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, friendly and engaging, and add value to our organization. For excellent employees, there is a lot of room for advancement.

Pay is $18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in Service Drive – Be friendly and engaging
• Perform vehicle walk around inspection – Inspect vehicle with customer
• Tag vehicle, hand off to Service Advisor – customer and our records.
• Maintain cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety. 
• Park vehicle - Tag vehicle, Pod vehicle and move to available spot and note on keytag.
• Perform All other Duties that are required - Such as cleaning Service department, Shuttling customers to home and back, running errands.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask
• Be friendly, helpful and engaging
• Good driving record
• Provide excellent customer service
• Willingness to participate in in-house training
• Ability to operate all automobiles
• Excellent listening and communication skills
