Job Summary:

CCS Elite Fab, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor to oversee our fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of skilled fabricators, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time. You will play a key role in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the sheet metal fabrication shop, including planning and scheduling workloads.
• Lead, mentor, and train fabrication staff to enhance skills and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Review project specifications and drawings to ensure proper fabrication methods and material utilization.
• Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate and efficient fabrication of components.
• Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular inspections of completed work and addressing any discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and ensure supplies are ordered as needed to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Technical education or certification in metal fabrication
• Proven experience of at least 4 years of sheet metal fabrication,
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in quality control and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Pass drug screening
