We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media and Community Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our online community, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will also be tasked with managing our online community by monitoring discussions, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage online communities by facilitating discussions, answering questions, and addressing concerns or issues raised by community members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and community management, and incorporate them into our strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to inform our social media and community strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and communities for brands or organizations.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences in a positive and professional manner.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
