We are seeking a Social Media Director/Operations Manager for an established 20+ year content marketing and custom publishing company. to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Direct, develop and schedule all social media posts/stories
• Manage and improve operational practices
• Schedule e-newsletter campaigns
• Regularly update website content
• Support sales efforts
• Project management coordinator
• Represent company at community and industry functions (as necessary)
• Updating various reports (analytics, social media engagement, e-newsletters, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Experience in corporate environment operations or other related fields
• (Desired) Magazine/media background including marketing or advertising agency experience
• Strong computer skills
• Self-motivated, can-do work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team player

Content Studio NY ( is a 20-year-old content marketing/media company with a specialty working in the Travel and General Interest genres. Our award-winning content development team have launched and directed numerous successful media projects.
This opportunity can be either in-office or combination office/home. After a 90-day probationary period, a contract will be offered to include benefits.
