Over the last two years, we've created and popularized the creatine gummy category, but we're just getting started.

At Create, we're seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and build our social media presence!

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with experience in content creation to join our team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and sharing our brand's voice across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other key social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, a flair for storytelling, and a strategic mindset to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels. This includes photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.
  • Create and implement social media strategies that align with Create's goals and target audience. Analyze trends and insights to inform content and engagement tactics.
  • Manage and grow our online communities by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to guide decision-making.
  • Maintain social contributions to the marketing calendar with details and updates as needed.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and wellness to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation. Experience in the wellness industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Ability to create compelling content that resonates with a diverse audience.
  • Direct experience with content creation on TikTok in the fitness and / or wellness space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft engaging narratives and interact professionally with followers.
  • Ability to interpret social media metrics and use data to drive strategy and improve performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
