What You’ll Do

• Assemble and install all components of residential solar systems with precision and professionalism
• Perform trenching, concrete work, and structural mounting of racking and electrical equipment
• Seal all penetrations effectively to maintain roof integrity and prevent leaks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with new products, installation techniques, and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure top-quality installations and customer satisfaction
• Travel occasionally for project installations as needed

⚡ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on solar installation experience required
• Technical skills: Proficient in racking assembly, module mounting, conduit runs, and electrical connections
• Physical ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, work on rooftops, and perform physical tasks in various outdoor conditions
• Team player: Dependable, communicative, and collaborative with a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail: Commitment to safety, precision, and workmanship
• Professionalism: Excellent communication and customer service skills
