We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Event Production Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our client events. This is a hands-on role where you will be empowered to own the project lifecycle, from initial concept logistics to on-site execution and cleanup. The Opportunity: Own the Event Experience This role is built for a self-starter. You will serve as the crucial connection between our planning team, external vendors, and the on-site production crew. You won't just file papers; you will be directly responsible for the logistics and delivery that make our events successful. Core Responsibilities (The Execution) Production Oversight: Serve as the on-site liaison, assisting with running the production, managing flow, and coordinating tear-down and cleanup for all scheduled events. Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, coordinating delivery, setup, and logistics to ensure seamless event execution. Logistical Prep: Purposefully gather all project-specific information to ensure quality production, then prepare all guest materials, including name tags, registration lists, seating cards, and gift bags/packages. Merchandise & Swag: Manage, organize, and distribute high-value merchandise and swag items at various events, ensuring accurate inventory and presentation. Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously track and report on event details, vendor performance, and resource utilization for comprehensive post-event review. Essential Requirements Self-Driven & Independent: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities without constant supervision. You’re a problem-solver, not a task-filler. Event Experience: Demonstrated experience in running or assisting with event production, logistics, or large-scale coordination. Knowledge of the Sports World: A genuine interest in and familiarity with the professional sports landscape (teams, leagues, major events) is essential for successful project alignment. Bonus Skills (The Edge) Digital Fluency: Savvy with social media platforms, basic IT troubleshooting, and digital communication tools. Logistics & Merch Background: Any experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, or merchandise fulfillment.
