Job Summary:
The Role: A Stage Manager with Live Nation Clubs and Theaters is a department supervisor responsible for the implementation and execution of producing live events within the venue.
Essential Functions: - Works directly with the Production Manager to execute specific show requirements
- Directs and supervises production staff while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
- Safely and effectively manages the load in and load out of production elements to stage
- Ensures the event is on schedule
- Ensure that artists and touring production crews have required items needed to preform specific to production
- Assist Union set-up of Backline, Audio gear, Lighting gear, Video gear, set-pieces and any additional production element relevant to the live event production
- Responsible for documenting disciplinary issues of production crew and reports actions back to Production Manager.
- Overseeing backstage credential and security plan is being implemented and overseen by security department in order to maintain a safe and secure backstage area for artists
Job Requirements: Minimum Requirements: - Prior experience in live event production
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to make clear concise decisions; sometimes with limited information
- Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to conduct oneself with extreme patience while working in a stressful environment
- Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
- High School Diploma
Preferred: - College Degree
- Prior management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
Physical Demands/Working Environment: - Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level

The expected compensation for this position in California is:
$20.00 USD - $25.00 Hourly
