Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to ensure the cleanliness, sterilization, and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment. The Sterile Processing Tech will play a critical role in maintaining a sterile environment and supporting the surgical team.
Key Responsibilities :
Clean, sterilize, and assemble surgical instruments and equipment.
Inspect instruments for functionality and cleanliness before sterilization.
Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves.
Organize and restock sterile supplies in preparation for surgical procedures.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory.
Qualifications :
Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT) preferred.
Experience in sterile processing or a related field is a plus.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
