About the Role:
The Steward / Busser / Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. This position is responsible for supporting the front-of-house and back-of-house teams by promptly clearing and resetting tables, washing dishes, and managing waste disposal. The role contributes directly to the overall guest experience by ensuring that the environment is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential to meet the fast-paced demands of the hospitality setting.
