To be successful as a Structured Product Developer – BA4, you should have:
Experience in Core Java and in-depth knowledge and experiences in developing complex multi-threaded applications and working on projects with distributed systems
Basic knowledge on the equity derivatives business, especially the structured derivatives business
Experience of making the complex business deliveries by collaborating closely with the equity derivatives front office: traders, sales, and structurers
Deep knowledge of rational database, Oracle or SQL server for instance
Other highly valued skills include:
Fast learner in getting involved into new business, new technology and new ideas quickly and iterate through them with growing capacity
Knowledge and experiences with NoSQL databases, middleware, containers, distributed cache and other modern technologies
Experiences with agile development and comfortable with front-office pace.

This role is in our New York office.
Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
