We need a Student Success Coach who believes children are capable of extraordinary achievement when given the right environment, guidance, and technology. What You Will Be Doing Orchestrate the 2‑hour learning block where you guide students to set ambitious goals, maintain focus, and leverage technology to accelerate their learning beyond traditional grade‑level expectations. Reinforce critical reading foundations by implementing strategies developed by our Reading Specialists, ensuring every child builds strong literacy skills. Cultivate emotional intelligence through deliberate coaching on self‑regulation, resilience, and collaborative skills—creating tomorrow’s leaders today. Monitor individual progress with precision, identifying patterns and opportunities for intervention before challenges become obstacles. Design a classroom environment that balances rigorous structure with authentic joy—where children experience the satisfaction of meaningful achievement. What You Won’t Be Doing Standing at the front of the room delivering one‑size‑fits‑all instruction to passive learners. Creating literacy curriculum or bearing sole responsibility for reading instruction design. Drowning in administrative paperwork, extensive grading, or lengthy lesson planning. Working in an outdated environment that underestimates children’s capabilities or treats learning as a joyless obligation. Implementing rigid behavioral systems that fail to address the whole child and their unique needs. Basic Requirements Full‑time, in‑person availability at our Miami, FL campus is non‑negotiable. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success working with children ages 4–8 in educational, afterschool, coaching, or comparable settings. Proven track record of motivating and managing young children with both clear structure and authentic enthusiasm. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and receptiveness to feedback. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Nice‑to‑have Requirements Early childhood education credentials or certifications (CDA, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or equivalent). Experience supporting literacy instruction or collaborating with reading specialists. Experience with adaptive learning platforms or personalized education technology. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 h per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
