Description
Position Summary The Install & Repair Supervisor is responsible managing a team out of our Ivyland branch. WRE's install and repair team will be responsible for Cleaning and repairing septic tanks, sewer lines, and drains. The operations supervisor to help us implement the right processes across the company and enable business growth within the Install & Repair Dept.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Understand and enforce a Safety Culture
- Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
- Develops and improves operational efficiencies with dispatch, fleet, and customer service.
- Reviews daily routing schedules in advance of the day of service
- Encourages team work & collaboration
- Delivers customer interaction training
- Training employees: Providing training for new hires and ensuring compliance with daily activities
- Leverages employee talents by increasing strengths to promote optimal operational efficiencies.
- Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
- Managing operations: Overseeing daily activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow

Requirements
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in industry.
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software - Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-starter who can drive accomplishments
- Strong customer (operations) focus
- Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team leadership
