About: An elite international law firm is looking to onboard a Tax Associate into their growing team. The position is open to either of their New York City or Washington DC office locations. The international Tax team encompasses more than 50 lawyers across their offices in the US and Europe. The team handles all forms of tax transactions including corporate tax, real estate transactions, asset management, international tax planning, tax controversy, and individual tax planning. The robust department handles matters involving both major public and private corporations and partnerships, and supporting both domestic and international transactions. The role requires: A minimum of two years’ relevant law firm experience. Diverse transactional tax experience. Experience in partnership, real estate, and/or corporate work. Proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
