Sonicu, a fast-growing wireless sensor and cloud-based computing company headquartered in Greenfield, IN is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide systems technical support for end user systems. The position is full-time and is a customer-facing role, providing systems support for multiple clients. Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer support phone calls, email, and support tickets.
● Provides system support for end user including troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting.
● Maintains and updates ticket status in CRM by logging all information clearly, and entirely.
● Provides timely resolution of support tickets and escalates on behalf of end users to appropriate next level in accordance to established service level guidelines.
● Provides testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating incoming devices for connectivity issues.
● Maintain organized support tasks to follow-up with all support tickets ensuring completion and satisfaction.
● Updating company support website with tech tips and support documents.
● Assist with additional duties as directed.
Experience
● 1+ years of technical support experience.
● Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role.
● Experience in a SaaS or software company preferred.
● Experience working within Hubspot CRM or similar preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
● College degree preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related work experience. High school diploma required.
● Knowledge of Cloud based technology preferred.
● Knowledge of LWAN, Wifi, Cellular, 900Mhz, topologies preferred.
