We are seeking a motivated Field Technician to support a major T-Mobile network project on the Big Island. The primary responsibility of this role is the  commissioning and integration (C&I)of  Ericsson baseband equipment at various cell sites.

This position begins as a contract with strong potential for a permanent, full-time role for the right candidate.

? Key Responsibilities

• Travel to T-Mobile cell sites on the Big Island to perform hands-on technical work.
• Conduct the commissioning and integration of new Ericsson baseband units.
• Follow technical procedures and scripts to bring new site equipment online.
• Troubleshoot and resolve alarms or integration failures during the C&I process.
• Work independently on-site and coordinate with remote integration teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality at all work locations.

?? Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecom, particularly with field technician or C&I duties.
• Hands-on experience with  Ericsson equipment is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of telecom baseband hardware and integration procedures.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and solve problems on-site.
• Must be located on the Big Island and possess a valid driver's license.

?  Mandatory Training

• Candidates  must be available to attend a  mandatory 3-week training program in Oahu before starting work. All training must be successfully completed prior to deployment on the Big Island.
