Responsibilities

• Manage internal vehicle testing primarily focusing on Ride and Handling
• Schedule test tracks and obtain quotes through Proving Grounds
• Acquire test vehicles and wheels as needed
• Arrange tire/wheel mounting and shipping to/from Proving Grounds
• Collect and analyze test data, creating official reports and communicating results
• Oversee external testing with third-party evaluators
• Schedule and manage snow handling and traction testing
• Collaborate with tire engineers to enhance data collection processes
• Align with other Kumho test drivers to ensure consistent testing procedures
• Travel to proving grounds as required by programs

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelors Degree in a technical field
• 3+ years of prior tire test driver experience
• Strong computer skills in data acquisition and analysis
• Prior experience with Automotive OEM tire testing
• Working knowledge of tire engineering
