Textile Machine Operator

$17/hr
Monday?Friday | 8:00 AM?4:30 PM (30-min lunch, two 15-min breaks)
3-week project | Starts September 22 (with potential overtime)
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Textile Machine Operator to join our clientÂ’s production team in Phoenix. This role will support the cutting process for textile materials used in their manufacturing operation. You will be trained to operate a specialized textile cutting machine and will assist with material handling and packaging.
Job Duties
Operate a textile cutting machine (similar to a KURIS cutting machine or CNC) using a laptop interface (training provided)
Load and lay out textile rolls on the machine prior to cutting
Package cut parts and prepare them for the next production steps
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience operating a textile cutting machine or CNC-type machine
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Comfortable using a computer or laptop to run machinery
Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently
English proficiency required (bilingual EN/ES acceptable if fluent in English)
Must wear closed-toe shoes and pants without holes or loose hanging strands
Must pass a basic background check, 5-panel drug screen, and E-Verify
