Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for Texas and out-of-state titles. Excellent team atmosphere with on the job training.

Essential Functions

• Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states)
• Post accounting entries related to all DMV transactions
• Complete DMV registration paperwork through Webdealer
• Enter all information needed for title administration in the computer system
• Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
• Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Value in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (required)
• 1-2 years' experience- Title work; Texas and out-of-state (required)
• CDK experience (preferred)
