Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CAT Scan Technologist with 2+ years recent experience and CT certification for weekend day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work in a CT Imaging department within a large facility with over 500 beds
• Perform diagnostic CT exams according to physician orders
• Shift is every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Responsible for efficient patient flow and accurate data entry in Epic and PACS
• Main duties include performing diagnostic CT procedures and ensuring thorough documentation
• Holiday coverage is not indicated for this role
• Locals permitted at the same rate unless otherwise specified for particular facility units
• Scrubs or dress code requirements are not specified

Requirements

• Must be registered with ARRT
• CT certification required
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CAT scan/CT experience
• Completion of high school, GED, or higher education required
• Experience in a facility with 500 or more beds required
• Familiarity with Epic and PACS systems required
• License required if applicable
