WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Albany, NY. The weekly pay for this position is $2,300 a week. 

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.  
\n
• 4x10: 7am - 5:30pm.
\n
• Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications.    
\n
• Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse.  
\n
• Educates patients on surgical procedures ƒ Records patients’ medical information and vital signs.  
\n
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets and records electronic displays.  
\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or bachelor's degree in nursing  (BSN).  
\n
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain).  
\n
• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital-based cardiac catheterization lab is required.\n
\n
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.  
\n
