We are looking for a motivated experienced individual to answer Federal Travel Policy question for our unique and growing business with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). Must be a self-starter, driven and have great grammar. Serves as the point of contact answering travel policy questions and resolving travel issues. Respond to travel policy issues in a timely and efficient manner helping reduce the time associated with incident resolution. While the main focus is supporting TRIP (Government Travel System), during high demand periods, the candidate will be responsible also to address overflow calls related to other applications and processes as needed. Will have an opportunity to learn other federal financial systems that we support as well as vendor processing. Manage open tickets in the ticketing tool, escalate and follow through as needed until resolved. Ensure appropriate procedures are followed, obtain feedback from government personnel and propose actions for process improvement when appropriate. More About the Role: - Knowledge Management - Document procedures and policies; include FAQ items; create knowledge base articles ensuring knowledge sharing. Instill a continuous improvement mindset to drive best-practice support processes. Update the existing documents detailing processes, procedures, and where to find information about TRIP. - Training - Assist entry-level or more junior technicians with internal training. Develop a comprehensive training program on the end-to-end business process and policies encompassing Travel Policy, TRIP and UFMS. The training program includes both end users as well new resources coming onboard. You'll Bring These Qualifications: + Familiarity with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and policy. + A minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience is required if no Bachelor's degree is available; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline, and 1-2 years of related work experience. + Must have good written and communication skills.
