Overview of the CDL-A Truck Driver Role

This is an account with current operations within all regions of the United States, with a focus on locations east of the Mississippi River. Drivers on this fleet operate condo trucks and dry van trailers. Job responsibilities on this account include ensuring the safe and timely transportation of all loads and remaining compliant with all safety regulations and company policies. This is a no-touch freight account. Loads at some locations will be drop-and-hook, while others will involve live unloading or possibly live reloading. Delivery Locations: 48 lower states, mainly consisting of routes east of the Mississippi River. Schedule: . Compensation: Mileage Pay Safe and On-Time Bonus Equipment

Key Responsibilities of Truck Drivers

• Drive Class A commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across designated routes to deliver Anheuser Busch products.
• Collaborate with dispatch teams to plan optimal routes and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure cargo is loaded securely and complies with DOT regulations to prevent any damage during transit.
• Keep accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide exemplary customer service through clear communication with clients at delivery points.
• Adhere to company policies and prioritize safety protocols for seamless operations.

Truck Driver Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 months of experience as a CDL-A Truck Driver.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and highway safety laws.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
