Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a VP, Finance & Accounting to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $175,000 to $200,000 per year.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Oversee investment strategies and capital allocation.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Streamline financial operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, or accounting. Master's degree is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in as an operational Vice President of Accounting and Finance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, and US (GAAP).
• Advanced working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

• Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
